1978 Witnessed the genesis of Roshan Industries. Actuating a  complete re-orientation of the seals industry for floating roof  tanks in the Indian refinery storage tank sector.

 The company was founded by the Late Shri. Sunder T. Shetty  who developed and designed the 'Leak proof gas tight solid foam  seal' for floating roof tanks. Registered under the Indian  copyrights act, 1957.
 
 This was a result of intensive research & development aimed at  abating major sealing problems faced by the Indian refinery  storage tank industry. The introduction of 'Roshan' Solid foam  seals relegated the then existing seals into near obscurity.

 Today with more than 30 years of experience in the floating roof  tank seal industry. Roshan Industries has indigenously designed,  manufactured, supplied & installed numerous sealing devices to  the Indian & Overseas refineries and petrochemicals storage  tank industry from its product range.
