Follow the below images to build your own MK-4.1 PSU.

Before you start make sure you have all the components mentioned in the MK- 4.1 part list and a copy of the component placement in hand.

I am not to be held responsible of any damage or personal injuries caused. This is a DIY project you are responsible for your actions.

Jumper details:

J1= Short (Mk-4 will always be on stand by after shutdown)

J1= Open (MK-4 will cut power completely no standby will save battery)

J2 = Open J3= Short (Only for Epia boards)

J2 = Short J3= Open (All boards except Epia boards)

ATX 1 = Connect Power on from mother

ATX 2 = Connect to front panel to manually start the PC.

Connect PIN 14 of the ATX connector to ground. Then you power the PSU the green LED will light up you will have to short the KS (KILL SWITCH) pin and wait till the green light goes off. this is normal SDC working. Now when you apply 12v to the Acc line the relay will click and the PSU will be live again. Now when you remove the 12v from the acc line the SDC will start its initial wait controlled by 1M pot (105 marking) and send a shut down pulse to the pc. Then cut power after the specified time using 500k (504 marking).
