You can call me Mastero! I have been on this "do it yourself project" for a long time now. I have finally built the mp3 Pump house (second version).

It all started with a huge collection of mp3 on my computer. I use to record CD's to be played in the car, Cd's would get misplaced and I had to record the same CD again. I then thought there must be a better way and that is when I decided to come up with a better invention to make life easier and make the best use of available technology. 

I wanted to have the best of both, car audio and computer merged together. That's when the birth of "Carputer" (computer in the car) took place. One that is capable of playing mp3. Then I wasn't really satisfied with just playing mp3 on my carputer, I just felt there is so much more that can be done on a carputer..... playing DVD, Cd, controlling the car air conditioner or doing work in the car.

Then one thing lead to another and another. Today, I have a unit in my car which plays more than 6000 songs in Mp3 format, DVD, Music video's, Controls the car's air conditioner ...among other things.

The whole system is so neat that you will have to see it to believe it. Take a tour of this site and you will find information which will help you to build your own "Carputer".
